Tressa Fallon

Hockey has always been an important and core part of life. After my brother experienced an intense brain injury during a high-school hockey game that left him with slurred speech and a loss of balance and short-term memory, the Hendrickson Foundation allowed him to remain in hockey, safely, as a coach, and to have a richness in his life that he wouldn’t have had otherwise. As hockey player myself, Duffy’s experience cemented my goal to serve and grow the game; I too believe hockey is for everyone. Words fall short for my love and gratitude for Larry, his family, and the Hendrickson Foundation. The Hendys have had a profound impact on my life in so many ways. From Larry and Jane’s pool to the Hendrickson Foundation’s new office, they have filled my life with fun, meaning, love, and heroes, and I am forever grateful.
