Youth Camp Code of Conduct

As a participant in this camp, I agree to:
  • Show respect to myself, my teammates, coaches, camp mentors, volunteers, and all others involved in the camp.
  • Give my best effort to improve as a sled hockey player and teammate.
  • Commit to engaging in, executing, and completing camp drills, tasks, and programs as independently as possible — while encouraging and empowering my teammates to do the same. I will use the support of my coaches, mentors, and guides when needed, understanding that barriers are meant to be challenged and overcome together.
  • Be on time for all scheduled activities, practices, and meals.
  • Stay at the assigned facility for the full duration of each scheduled activity unless given permission by a camp mentor or staff member.
  • Take responsibility for my personal belongings and respect the property and belongings of others.
  • Respect the natural environment, including the facilities, property, wildlife, and natural resources. I understand that being in the Boundary Waters is a privilege, not an entitlement, and I will do my part to preserve and protect this special place.
  • Follow the 10:30 p.m. curfew and remain in designated lodging areas after that time.
  • Refrain from bringing, possessing, or using any illegal substances and controlled substances including; alcohol, tobacco or nicotine products.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive attitude, helping to create a safe and welcoming environment for all campers.
🔹 Note: Each youth camper will be paired with an adult camp mentor for guidance and support throughout the event.
